Scope of responsibilities included strategic planning (international/domestic business), sales forecasting, budgeting, and logistical management of sales and inventory needs, as well as, all aspects of product development planning and new product marketing. Position entailed extensive travel to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with 3 primary Retail account and over 70 key accounts.

• 2002 (prior to my management ) posted $22M in gross revenue with $5M lost in net income.
• 2003 posted $2M lost in net income. Lost associated primary reduction of excess and distressed inventory

Gross revenue and net income was successfully turned within 3 years by posting positive net profit despite the fact of dealing with catastrophic of new product development.
