* Established partnerships with the Kentucky and Oklahoma Credit Union Leagues to expand check processing business to those states in addition to the current business structures in Illinois and Missouri.
* Developed new endorsements for products such as: John M Floyds overdraft protection program, private student lending through Fynanz, ProfitVue through Curtis 1000 and the Sprint program offered through the Michigan Credit Union League.
* Identified shortcomings in the Bond program involving endorsements and worked with Cuna Mutual Group to ensure coverage, which benefitted all state Leagues.
* Analyzed alternative association reserve structures and recommended a new reserve structure and capital goals adopted by the Board.
* Initiated internal changes to the system used in check processing saving the organization $80,000 per year.
* Led the conversion of the organizations disaster recovery plans to a new hot site as well as the migration to a new internet based phone system.
