Manage all clinical and operational aspects of a multi-specialty, multi-location Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC). Create, apply, and administer individual and departmental goals. Counsel, guide, and support front/back office staff, managers, and medical professionals to achieve targeted objectives of high quality care and safety for patients, satisfaction not only for patients but also for employees, and financial stability.
• Oversee $6.4 million annual budget, 70 employees, and more than 32,000 patient visits per year.

• Direct all clinical and operational functions of Centers, providing comprehensive primary care for indigent patients, as well as those covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance, thereby reducing the number of visits to hospital emergency rooms.
• Applied practices of quality process improvement in ordering medical supplies and equipment, negotiating prices with vendors, that resulted in a year-over-year decrease in facility expenses totaling 35%.
• Created and implemented a performance improvement plan and successfully guided the organization through the Joint Commission accreditation process. Full 36-month accreditation received.
• Achieved total increase in patient collections of greater than 18%.

• Implemented quality assurance program, performance improvement plan, employees health and educational program, enhanced care environment, and beneficial clinical policies, resulting in more efficient operations and best practices for patient care in accordance with federal, state, and Joint Commission requirements.
