Martello is a provider of remote monitoring, network management and remote access services for VoIP infrastructures. The monitoring service is targeted at small to medium sized businesses (SMB). The service is typically offered to the SMB by VoIP Resellers as part of a service and maintenance package.

Martello introduced its first product called MarWatch(TM), an innovative Remote Network Monitoring and Access Service for monitoring the performance of an IP-PBX, applications and the underlying data network either on premise or remotely. MarWatch(TM) proactively examines network performance to diagnose potential and actual performance issues and reports discrepancies before they become a business critical event.
