Oracle Implementation Program ManagerContract to PermEden Prairie, MN This position will be responsible for developing and executing a VCP (value chain planning) strategy supporting the needs of Process Management. The position will be primarily focused on upgrades, performance improvements, configuration validations, and trouble shooting of ASCP. Additionally, this position will be responsible for Demantra, Global Order Promising, Service Part Planning and Collaborative Planning program offerings and performance. The expectation is to review, interpret and define an action plan based on the daily ASCP plan runtime details and to lead a forum of business unit members driving actions required. Oracle Implementation Program Manager Skills & Experience Required: : Implementation experience and understanding of the following Oracle Applications modules in Release 11i: Expert understanding of ASCP and working knowledge of Inventory, BOM, WIP and Purchasing.: 10 years of experience with Oracle 11i/R12 E-Business Suite in a Global ASCP/VCP environment with APCC experience. : Working knowledge of Oracle configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces. : Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional material to end users and management. : Define future business processes around Oracle VCP modules : Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications : Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : Self-Motivated / Team player : Ability to work in a demanding user environment. : Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills. : Develop training material and application documentation as required. : Educate business users : Provide guidance in data preparation and migration : Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.: Leads Bi-weekly meetings with Business Unit stakeholders team.
