PCG is currently hiringproven Business Analysts to work with our clients in Mpls/St. Paul. Ideal candidate will have expereicne in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services,Banking, Retail, Medical Device, IT, Governmentand Healthcare.

Demonstrated proficiency in completing:

• Requirements Gathering
• Requirements Analysis
• Stakeholder Interviews
• Workflow Analysis
• Process Modeling
• Use Cases
• Business Rules
• Wire Frames

Documenting standard operating procedures andprocess flows

Gathering and maintaining accurate data forreporting and analysis

Creating audience specific reports

Performing statistical analysis and modeling forrecommendations to best meet business objectives

Presenting results of analysis and recommendationsto business and project leaders

Establishing scorecards and dashboards withprocess performance metrics, targets and triggers

Assisting with project execution by providingbusiness requirements, tests, andimplementation plans

Communicating action plans, status and priorities

Compiling and publishing deliverables as required

Performing user acceptance testing based onappropriately defined criteria to meet the businessobjectives

Acting as a liaison between business leaders,technology and project team

Position Requirements:

Verifiable track record and outstanding references

Bachelors Degree

5-7 years Business Analysis experience

Strong analytical skills

Detail-oriented

Superior written and oral communication skills

Exposure to multiple methodologies and tools
