Inside Sales Representative at Minneapolis

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Minneapolis, MN.

Summary:
Responsible for increasing sales, promoting product awareness and educating clients and key customers on company products.

Major Job Duties:
Create and execute an effective call plan and manage a regular call rotation. Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals and objectives. Achieve call and product quota. Utilize company samples and promotional materials for maximum impact. Record and maintain accurate and timely company records and any applicable reports which may include call reports and call notes.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent related experience. Entry level to 2 years sales experience. Skills and Competencies: Ability to support sales and marketing initiatives, programs and goals through inside sales efforts via telephone, fax, direct mail and internet within a defined geographical territory. Ability to obtain and maintain a competent level of customer knowledge, selling skills, and business acumen. Excellent time management skills. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Extreme attention to detail. CRM or Salesforce.com experience a plus Comfortable with high-volume atmosphere Very comfortable with Microsoft Excel Comfortable with repetitive tasks Experience with Microsoft Outlook
