We are an industry leader in full service aerospace staffing and are looking for organized and energetic individuals to work in our Corporate Recruiting department located in Waconia, MN.

Strom Aviation places Aircraft Technicians across the country and we need your help with all aspects of sourcing, screening and placing qualified applicants. These Technicians work short and long term contracts as Strom Aviation employees assigned to client facilities. We provide the tools of extensive internal and external databases to access thousands of candidates and you bring the skills to communicate with and network these individuals.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who is organized, possesses excellent communication, and people skills as well as, the ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to detail.

Specific requirements include excellent telephone communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet savvy. An aviation background or interest in aviation is a plus. No Recruiting experience required.
