is seeking a Customer Service
Representative/Insurance Professional
Our customer service representatives provide
the highest quality service to our customers
and potential customers every day. Our
representatives are focused on meeting our
customers needs and resolving issues as
efficiently as possible. We are seeking well
organized, friendly individual with great
customer service skills to assist the office with
questions and needs pertaining to the service
of our customers. Individual will earn their
property/casualty and life/health license if
not licensed already.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working with staff members to analyze,
clarify and resolve basic policy and
account related questions from internal
and external customers.

* Establish a good understanding of Farmers
systems and policies

SKILLS REQUIRED
* Excellent customer service skills

* Knowledge of basic computer programs
(e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Online systems)

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
