Required Qualifications

12 months customer service in a call center environment

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Superior customer service and customer focused attitude

Must be able to work in a production environment

Ability to prioritize workload and adjust to changing deadlines

Proven problem solving and analytical skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer proficient

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with residential mortgage documentation

Previous customer service in a banking or financial services industry
