Social Worker Long Term Care Full Time

Southview Acres Health Care Center, a 241 bed long-term care, memory care and transitional care facility located in West St. Paul, MN. has a full time Social Worker opening. This position will support memory care unit and a portion of the long term care. The successful performance of this job requires meeting high standards in the areas of managing social services programs, complying with state and federal regulations and performing administrative functions within the department. Desired candidate will have experience in geriatrics or health care related environment; demonstrated knowledge of current regulations and standards governing long-term care; excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in social work, current social work licensure in the state of Minnesota.
