Java/Open Source Lead at Minneapolis

We have an immediate need for a Java/Open Source Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Tech Lead Open Source

Experience Level: 5-8YEAR

Job Description:

Essential Skill-set Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
Must have good design and develop experience on workflows - Business Process Modeling Language (BPML), XML, JAVA, XPath, XSLT, Data Mapping, Extended Rules, Java User Exits, Code list lookup
Must have good experience working with Java, XML, XSLT, exception handling, Transaction, SSL configuration.
Should have done mapping development and testing.
Good understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI . Flat file translation experience
Should have worked in communication protocol - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP and AS2
Must have working knowledge on Integration Concepts. Working Experience of MQ is a plus.
Should have experience in Design Documentation, UML Diagrams (Sequence, State, Activity, Deployment).
Must have knowledge of Configuration Management process and tools, preferably CVS, Build and Deployment using Ant; experience on Linux/Unix environment, shell scripts.
Experience with Continuous Integration tool

Additional Remarks:
Essential Skills and Experience: Open Source ESB(L3)-Product like Service Mix, MULE, JOBSS, Fuse, OW2 etc, Additionally also should be able to do design reviews and suggest design improve Should have experience in testing methodologies for ESB product.
Should have an understanding of SOA and should have implemented web services based solutions. Should have an understanding of implementing ESB solutions using more than one product. Should contribute to technology forums-whitepapers, articles and innovation ideas Should be able to estimate and plan for an ESB solution implementation.
Apart from above proficiency:
1.Should be able to understand the impact of dependent technologies and incorporate design-Should understand security solutions (in open ESB product context),backend systems, domain flows 2.Should be able to identify technology/functional on-functional dependencies implementation and plan for the same3.Should contribute to technology forums -participate in at least one seminar in speaker slot
