Manager of Application Development - Permanent Hire at Bloomington

Zinncorp, Inc. is a 24 year-old consulting firm based in Coon Rapids, MN. 

We are a DIRECT LOCAL Preferred vendor for this client. 

Permanent hire position. Excellent salary / benefits package. 

Required Skills: 

Ability to review requirements documents assigns, unit tests, system tests, and implementation plans for projects.

Thorough knowledge of SharePoint environments, including client side interactions with Active Directory and understanding of a wide array of end user devices.

Ability to develop custom workflows and solutions in Visual Studio. 

Required: 

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or Management Information Systems.

7+ years applied expertise designing, developing, and implementing ASP.Net, C, C#, C++, Java, HTML, PHP, .NetNuke & SQL database applications.
X++ experience is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 preferred.

5-7 years employee supervision & management experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing high performance engineering teams.

Experience in technical support of end-users.
