ASSISTANT MANAGER OF
ENGINEERING

Crow Wing Power is seeking an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic team player to fill an immediate opening as an Assistant Manager of
Engineering.

This position will assist the manager with directing all functions and activities of the Engineering department by applying technical
knowledge, sound
engineering judgment and skill to ensure the electrical system meets the present and future requirements and is rendering safe, efficient, and dependable service to its membership at the lowest possible cost.

Responsibilities include: day-to-day operation duties, long range planning, and
improvement of the overall distribution system and
substation facilities.

Desired Experience/
Knowledge for this position:
€Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
preferred or achievable
€Familiarity with Milsoft
programs
€Excellent oral and written communication skills
€Computer proficiency
€Strong commitment to team concept
€Experience in electrical
distribution design and
system modeling software.
€SCADA
€GIS
€Familiarity with AMR
systems
€Outage management system administration
€Resource for work planning process
€Registered PE or the ability to obtain license
