Uses project experience and knowledge of project management methodologies and tools and change management techniques to ensure all projects adhere to PM Policy and Wholesale Project Management Standards. Responsibilities are varied and may include one or more of the following: reviews project status reports, project definitions, business requirements, project designs, test strategies/plans, risk analysis, risks, issues, and project plans. Ensures completion of required deliverables based on Wholesale methodology; identifies deliverable issues and works with project manager to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project compliance issues. Serves as primary point of contact and consultant for project methodology and project adherence. Identifies risks and problem areas and recommends modifications to standards, policies, and procedures to improve performance; may design and conduct training programs. Will be expected to become an expert on the Wholesale Project Management Standards.

3+ years project management experience. Demonstrated organizational skills, eye for detail, self-starter, independent worker, able to work with virtual teams.
Required skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Project Management methodology experience including principles and deliverables in the project lifecycle


• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project


• Project management or project coordinator experience No other locations will be considered. Telecommuting available up to 2 days/week once resource is trained.
