Sales Estimator (Mitigation/Reconstruction)

- Disaster Restoration -

This firm responds to insurance based emergency losses. In this operational Sales Estimator role you will primarily oversee mitigation and reconstruction based losses. You need to be an excellent communicator with all parties concerned. You have to be sales oriented with ability to develop business for the company. You also need to understand Xactimate and be able to help oversee the estimating and use of Xactimate software to focus on accounting for residential and commercial mitigation water, fire, wind, mold restoration projects.

Qualifications:

• Must have active IICRC certifications in fire and water
• Estimating experience in water mitigation services and reconstruction
• The ability to generate sales and expand business for the company
• Solid knowledge of Xactimate software
• Ability to perform pack outs and pack backs
• Ability to oversee contents inventory of insurance losses
• Ability to lead and manage staff employees
• Solid computer skills
• Driven to succeed
• An excellent communicator
• Have a clean driving record
• The ability to pass a background check and pre-employment testing
