BSC Solutions Inc., a Global IT Solution provider headquartered in Troy, Michigan with operations in India and Middle East and has over 15 years of IT and consulting experience.

Currently we have a need for Systems/Quality Analyst position to be based in Minneapolis, MN. Rate: $ 60/Hr DOE
Duration: 6 MonthsExperience: 5+ Years
Location: Minneapolis, MNVisa Status: US Citizen or GC This position is a mix of a Systems/Quality Analyst who needs to have some BA experience as well.  The group is working on a Service Request System, and any candidates with ITIL experience will stand out. Position Requirements:
•Document technically accurate requirements using standardized documentation which conforms to departmental writing style
•Knowledge of information required to document, support and maintain 3rd party software
•Update procedural documents; including procedures, styles, standards, and best practices
•Creating and executing test plans
•Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel
•Maintain records and files of work and revisions
•Maintain project documentation structure
•Creating and implementing test plans
•Ability to self-manage time and work independently within project timeline
•Interact with various levels of personnel from line employees to Sr. Management Required Skills:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Excellent writing, research, and time management skills
Excellent test case documentation and execution
Ability to communicate issues and steps taken to reproduce errors
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of desktop applications
Word, using formatting and reviewing functionality
