Qualifications

* BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
* 8+ years of relevant experience
* Java (preferred), C#, or C++ development experience
* Familiarity with software engineering principles and methods

* Expertise with principles of hardware and software system architecture and hardware/software interactions
* Ability to work well with others - calm under pressure, clearly communicates, voluntarily take on assignments, take direction from other engineers
* Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Ability to quickly master new tools, languages and operating systems
* Proficient in reading and understanding technical data sheets and manuals
Knowledge of storage networking architectures, applications and storage/network protocols and connectivity preferred
