Software Engineer

System One Services is looking for an Software Engineer in Shoreview, MN to:

Job Responsibilities:

??? Write design documents for software projects.
??? Design and develop PLC software using Proficy.
??? Design and develop HMIs using WonderWare and/or Cimplicity.
??? Debug and test PLC and HMI software.
??? Perform critical design reviews of other software projects.
??? Demonstrate and utilize software development best practices for successful completion of projects.
??? Provide support for existing customer???s product line.
??? Plan, schedule, and perform work to meet assignment requirements within established scope, schedule, and budgetary requirements.
??? Read and understand schematic diagrams, and apply pertinent information to the project software.
??? Interface on a limited basis with customers, vendors and other internal functional groups on a professional level to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments
??? Identify and communicate areas for product/service improvements to management personnel.
??? Identify and recommend improvements in processes on continuing basis and assist in implementation.
??? Resolve CAPs issues as required and support efforts within department and company.
??? Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.
??? Identify and assist in development of new business opportunities.
??? Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

??? Minimum of an AA degree

PLC Programming Experience with Proficy Logic Developer

???
HMI Programming Experience with WonderWare InTouch

???
Microsoft Office (2007, 2010)
