Compensation: $99,000.99 to $121,000.99 per year

Our client, a financial services firm in the Twin Cities, is looking for a Operations Manager to join their growing firm. This position will be responsible for improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Candidates must be comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization including presenting to senior management. Candidates should process a 8-10 years of management experience with a strong business acumen.
