Shift Packers

Appert’s Foodservice is currently accepting applications for the following positions: 1ST & 2ND SHIFT PACKERS The Packer position is responsible for the packaging of raw and cooked meat product as well as miscellaneous production tasks as assigned.  Will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging guidelines are met (i.e. correct labels, correct weight in box).  Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.  Able to work in cool, fast paced environment (40°-50° F) on regular basis. Schedule will include some Saturdays. SHIPPING CUSTOMER SERVICEThis position will be responsible for creating credit invoices, calls from customers and sales regarding product pick-up and returns, checking purchase orders and making receiving appointments.  Hours are 10:30 am – 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday.  Will need to work some holidays. Qualified candidates must apply on-line at www.apperts.com.  Pre-placement drug screening, back assessment and criminal background check.  EOE/AA  RequirementsPlease see job description.
