Job Description:
Leading company in a growing industry seeks Account Executive for an Inside Sales Role! This position offers opportunity for advancement, internal growth, a fun team healthy working environment and great uncapped commission with a competitive base.

This role will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with department managers by identifying needs and providing solutions, handle recruiting as well as conducting marketing research on growing companies and industries.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Associates/Bachelors Degree (preferably Marketing, Communications, Business, HR)
* Experience in sales, marketing and/or retail
* Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Exceptional writing skills with an interest in researching.
* Ability to manage multiple projects.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients via telephone or in person.
* Ability to excel in a goal oriented sales environment.
* Relies on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position.
* Will work under immediate supervision.
