Our client is currently seeking a line lead for a second shift position in lakeville. This applicant will be in charge go 6-10 people on a production floor.
Job Description:
- Line leads are responsible for everything on a line, including operating of an automated packaging machine, quality checks, documentation, stock material, and delegate work to the line workers.
- Machine Set up and Operation- Responsible for inputting parameters into machines such as acceptable weight ranges, expiration dates, levels of product dispensed, other data.
- Perform quality checks every 30 minutes- checks the weight of sample product, for proper seal, and for accurate printed data on package.
- Maintenance and Monitoring- If machine breaks down, Line Lead has own set of tools and will perform basic repair and troubleshooting.

3rd Shift $15.23/hr rotating 12 hr shift (6pm - 6am)
