Adecco is aggressively seeking the right candidate for an Account Executive opportunity. The responsibilities of an Account Executive include:

  • Create and implement innovative sales techniques to aggressively seek out new business opportunities
  • Consult with new and existing clients on hiring issues and business need, while developing actionable recommendations and solutions
  • Participate in local networking events with the goal to enhance and maintain Adecco brand awareness
  • Negotiate gross margin percentage intending to ultimately increase gross profit margin dollars
  • Aggressively strive to meet and exceed set sales targets
  • Excel while working under a high level of autonomy
  • Collaborate with the Recruiters and Branch Manager to reach team goals
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned


In order to be successful in this position the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • 2 years minimum experience developing business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits
  • Proven success selling a service or product to senior level managers
  • Ability to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts and long term relationships
  • Driven, sales oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal communications skills
  • Team oriented individual who also possesses a level of independence
