Compensation: $31,500.00 to $38,500.00 per year

Financial Aid Administrator

Required:
Relevant degree or 3+ years of general accounting experience
Proven independent problem solving and decision making ability
Detailed oriented, strong communications and relationship building skills
Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities
Ability to work under pressure and manage time
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred:
Knowledge of Blackbaud software
Previous experience working with A/P and A/R
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to internal controls
Knowledge of Financial Aid process
Experience reconciling customer accounts and following up on discrepancies
