ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR-Design
Client Services
Our Client Services Group is seeking interest for an Account Supervisor-Design opening. Account Supervisors’ are responsible for leading the design and definition of performance improvement solutions for BI WORLDWIDE customers. The Account Supervisor is responsible for the revenue growth of accounts and the ongoing success of programs.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead the Design process and manage the Definition process for programs and events (proposals, presentations, program structures, budgets/margins
- Retain and grow account revenue
- Develop marketing plans targeted to our key strategic account customer segments
- Increase BIW’s value to our customers by demonstrating measurable results and improving customer satisfaction
Additionally, they may also:
- Support sales in discovery
- Lead the design process for customer solutions
- Work with Delivery associates and offer strategic program guidance and oversight

Job Requirements
Successful candidates will have a BS/BA in Business or Marketing and 8+ years of related business experience. In addition, qualified candidates will have the following:
