You must have demonstrated skills in problem solving, expert abilities with 4 axis CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC programming (CamWorks), CAD modeling (SolidWorks), project management, scheduling, customer service, estimating, budget management, optimization, etc. You must have exceptional communication skills, a professional appearance and attitude and a desire to continuously learn, improve and pursue your passion for creating precision parts and assemblies and solving complex problems.The successful candidate will have a great attitude, minimum 7 years of experience with aerospace and medical devices, immense technical abilities and a thirst for new challenges. You will be responsible for a modern, innovative and competitive prototype shop.
