It Audit Leader at Minneapolis

Job Description

Key contributor to the execution of the audit process via participation in audits (generally to provide subject matter knowledge/skills and testing) as well as providing oversight (as in-charge on medium/small audits) on some audits, in accordance with WFAS policy. Identifies and assesses key risks and controls and assists in the development of effective test plans for engagements. Exhibits appropriate judgment regarding issue notification and issues draft findings to client management. Demonstrates depth and breadth of knowledge/understanding within defined businesses and/or develops knowledge in a critical subject matter area. Good knowledge in operating systems, networks, or complex financial services application processing environments. May be involved in multiple concurrent projects that are generally moderate to large in size and moderate to high in complexity. Able to evaluate and provide appropriate solutions for complex problems. Demonstrates professional skepticism. Documents audit workpapers in an objective and unbiased manner, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the final work product. Writes opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions. Escalates significant risks and loss exposures to appropriate levels of management.
