Universal Worker- Housing with ServicesDESCRIPTION:

Universal Worker- Housing with Services As a Universal Worker- Housing with Services you will be responsible for providing residents with desired services in a caring, safe and efficient manner.

Additional responsibilities of the Universal Worker- Housing with Services include:

• Assisting residents with keeping living areas and property clean and operational.
• Cleaning common areas.
• Assisting in tasks related to dining and food preparation.
• Offering and coordinating activites.
• Conducting tours.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Position is working in dietary services as a server and dish washer and also working as a housekeeper ,cleaning apartments and common areas within the Senior Living building. Both positions would include working on weekends. Experience working in both areas of service would be benificial to be successful in the job. Customer service is very important. Person should be a self starter and self motivated. Person should have good organizational skills, be patient, and prompt.
