Quality Systems Manager at New Ulm

QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER
Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI), a leading
Midwest dairy cooperative, is looking for a
Quality Systems Manger at its corporate office in New Ulm, Minn.

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Work with individual AMPI plants and suppliers,
performing and conducting in-plant training for food safety
and quality in areas such as environmental
microbiological testing, food safety and GMPs.
* Develop and monitor quality policies,
regulatory compliance, product liability,
technical activities and food safety/recall programs.
* Audit AMPI plants and conduct supplier quality audits.
* Review microbiology testing at each AMPI location.

Job Requirements:
* Four year degree in dairy science,
food science, biiogical science, or related area.
* Minimum of two years experience in food quality assurance
and/or production management, strongly
preferred in a dairy production environment.
* Knowledge of Word, Excel and Power-Point.
* 50-60% travel required.
