Project Coordinator at Richfield

Job Description

Genesis10 is seeking a Project Coordinator for a7 month contract position with a leading multi-channel global retailer and developer of technology products and services in Richfield, MN.

Summary:

This team handles retail deployment, and logistics of hardware and software to retail stores. The current team is comprised of Deployment Managers and several Project Management Analysts (Project Coordinators) who work closely with General Managers, territory directors and individual store managers and associates to set up in store registers, servers and software.

Responsibilities:

• The Project Management Analyst will communicate with all levels of corporate and store management and associates to create and update deployment orders, scheduling orders for delivery, status updates, vendor management, reporting functions, tracking of RFCs, and change requests.
• Communication with various management and associate levels to coordinate smooth deployment of hardware and software to retail stores.
• Creating orders and deploying these to stores.
• Constant contact and communication with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth deliver system.

Job Requirements

• Highly organized individual with 6 months to 2 years deployment to retail experience or experience working in a small company PM role who would like to grow into a large company position
• Ability to take direction from PMs while also being self-motivated to learn and constantly develop new skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

• Change Management Tools are a plus
