Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute new contracts, replacements contracts, contract amendments, contract renewals and contract terminations within established standards within business unit with very little supervisionServe as the point of contact for internal and external customers on contractual matters, provide redlined recommendations, and often negotiate directly with our customers attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus has been reached Advise and consult with internal and external customers, and account management teams on issues relating to the content and administration of contract documents and/or regulatory or legislative matters Review and analyze RFPs to support business growth initiatives Coordinate design of contract verbiage with Legal, Product, Finance, and Operations departments for new productsResponsible for ongoing maintenance of current contracts to include updating demographics, contracting fee schedules, and service changes Ensure prompt customer service by monitoring work flow to meet established turnaround standards Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes Ability to work with multiple departments to extract relevant information necessary to complete contract (i.e. Operations, Sales, Marketing, Products, Finance, Legal Counsel, Account Services)

Qualifications:
