AVI-SPL designs, installs and supports technological solutions that help organizations of all types collaborate and communicate effectively -- from video control centers to hospital paging systems to conference rooms equipped for real-time video communications. AVI-SPL is the premier audiovisual system integrator in the United States. We are growing, and seeking an experienced individual for our sales team. You would be responsible for completing bids and RFPs.
PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Proposal count to meet or exceed monthly expectations as established by management.
- Profits per Labor Hour minimums, as established by management, are met.
- Gross Profit Goals, as established by management, are met.
- Service Plan Goals, as established by management, are met.
Job Requirements
- Technically minded
- Excellent poise and presentation skills
- Effective interaction with employees, customers and colleagues
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects.
- Superb understanding of AVI-APL and its products and services and the ability to communicate the same.
- Proficient in the use of AV products and services
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- PC proficient
- Leadership and management skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years system sales experience
- Detailed oriented and the ability to follow-through on lengthy projects.
- Proven proficiency working in a Microsoft Windows and office computer environment. Including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent spelling, grammar and business proposal preparation skills.
