Direct the day to day activities of the business analysts and quality assurance staff to meet project timelines and quality levels. Participate in the estimation and planning of software development projects and represent resource requirements to ensure that products are developed to meet customer needs. Train staff and mentor them in proper methods of testing, writing use cases and software quality assurance best practices. Identify and mitigate risks that will impact client satisfaction, productivity and profitability in the process of building and delivering products.Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Masters degree preferred. Minimum 8+ years of significant Quality Assurance and/or Business Analyst background, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Significant experience with industry leading Quality Assurance related tools. Proficient skills in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. 2+ years in a team lead or manager role within a software development environment. 2+ years preferred in a healthcare information environment. Proven excellence in solving complex problems related to software testing and business systems design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
