.Net Developer w/ CRM experience - Minneapolis, MN- $70k-$100k

End User is currently searching a .NET Developer for their massive pipeline of projects within the Technology industry! They need a developer who has had exposure to CRM systems and can comfortably work on the .NET framework within. (Dynamics CRM preferred)

The .Net Developer designs, modifies, develops, supports and installs/implements software programming applications and components. They will work from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
* Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
* Create technical specifications, test plans, and extend existing operational documentation
* Consult closely with management and occasionally agency staff related to projects and tasks

Skill Requirements:
Successful candidates will likely have at least 5 years of experience doing .Net development in a professional capacity and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

Client offers a base salary ranging between $70k -$100k, BOE. The position will be on-site with no travel. There is parking on-site and a very relaxed corporate environment. Serious developers wanted. 80% or more of an average day will be spent coding and developing in Dynamics CRM and with web development. Training and Conferences will be paid for. Competitive benefits package with cell phone/internet allowance, 401k, flexible hours/some remote work, and Bonus based on company performance. Some candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus based on experience/certifications.
