Working with leadership to form business requirements and present recommendations for the MyMetrics Performance Suite. Will also be required to meet with business leaders to increase adoption of the application.Help liaison between the businesses and IT with supporting dataBe responsible for the staff that performs user acceptance testing as well as setting up regular release schedules to support changes to the environment.Support the standardization of all Optum Business Units to ensure that we are using the providing the Best in Class service

Qualifications:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Must have significant experience in developing Merced Performance Suite (MyMetrics) in both the backend Loading of data and creating front end reports, dashboards, etc Significant Hands On Experience creating dice conversions, metrics, and dashboards
Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience Performing dimensional analysis Experience with ETL techniques Slice and dice reportingCube query and reporting Familiar with olap databases and star schemas Very Strong Skills with Oracle PL/SQL MS SQL Server experience strongly desired Other Desirable Experience / Skills: UNIX scripting Microsoft Development Tools and Languages (.net, VB, Visual Studio,Java,Agile /Scrum Experience Highly Desirable Experience with Contact/Call Center Applications and Process
