The Enterprise Sales Executive will have the opportunity to join a team of sales professionals consistently meeting goals and making quota. This rapidly growing organization is in need of a highly motivated individual who looks forward to the challenge of helping to build and grow our business.

The Enterprise Sales Executive position is territory based, and reports directly to a Regional Vice President. This position involves direct sales to end user customers, and creates the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization to drive the companys long-term success and to drive immediate sales.

Please Note: Aptitude testing is required for all positions

Duties
  • Driving sales of BigMachines solutions and services
  • Meeting sales quota
  • Utilizing BigMachines Value Realization Methodology and salesforce.com to manage sales processes
  • Leveraging partners and existing customers in territory to support sales efforts
  • Adhering to all BigMachines security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
  • Participating in security training provided by BigMachines
  • Reporting any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager

Job Requirements


  •  High level of energy, persistence, and strong desire to do whatever it takes to win
  • Ability to quickly learn about the BigMachines solution and how this can meet customer needs
  • Ability to sell consultatively by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution
  • Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
  • Desired Experience:
    • 3-13 years experience in frontline business-to-business sales
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota consistently
    • BS/BA from a reputable college or university preferred
    • Proven success in selling enterprise software/technology and professional services
    • Experience in business process improvement
