Job Classification: Contract TEKsystems is looking for an experienced helpdesk support analyst for a contract position in St Paul, MN. *Please note this is a 3rd shift position - 7pm to 5am Friday through Monday.**Top 3 Skills- Candidates must have 1 + years of phone support experience. - Must have experience supporting Windows XP/7 (Delta is moving to W7 would look at candidates with just XP), MS Outlook 2007/2010 and Mobile Devices (Android, IPhone, IPad, etc.). Additional Information- Candidates must be able to work in a 7x24x365 environment. PLEASE NOTE THE SHIFT IS FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY 7:00PM 5:00AM. CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO COMMIT TO 1 YEAR ON THIS SHIFT.- Soft skills needed include a willing to be flexible with shift, ability to ask for help (humility to know they dont know everything), a positive attitude and excellent customer service/team player skills.If you are interested in this position please respond to this posting and include your experience as it relates.
