We
are currently seeking an individual with solid project coordination and
customer implementation skills to join us in our team as an Implementation
Manager. This promising role offers the opportunity to be the first point of
contact for new employer groups in the implementation process.

Position in
this function are responsible for the implementation and on-boarding of
assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: case installation and setup,
plan revisions and exceptions tracking, researching & resolving
implementation issues, database loading, and preparation of plan
materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials.
Positions are responsible for overall employer implementation using various
databases and/or source documents. May research installation issues &
develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing system set-up for
adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

Primary
Responsibilities:

Overall employer implementation and
using various databases and/or source documents Research Installation Issues and develop
customer specific resolution Audit contract loads for adherence to
quality measures and reporting standards.Managing multiple RRA/HSA
implementations for our Larger Market SegmentsManaging the project/process to
implement new employer groupsManaging outgoing calls to new employer
groups to ensure their understanding of the implementation project planEstablishing project plans, setting
timelines, and managing deliverables throughout the process Presenting and educating the employer
group on the implementation process Resolving issues as they arise Identifying and mitigating risk factorsAssist in the process of implementation
for other CDH products as an integral member of our HealthFinancial Services Implementation team

Qualifications:

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in an office
setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments
to perform job duties requiredProficiency with Outlook/professional
email, MS Excel, and MS Word skills required3+ project leadership coordination and
project implementation requiredBachelors degree OR 10 years of related
work experience with high school diploma/GED requiredAssets:Financial Services industry experienceHealthcare industry experienceProficiency with Visio

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Frequent speaking, listening using a
headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling
other objects, long periods working at a computer Service center environment with moderate
noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor
activity
