Senior Claims Business Process Analysts are responsible for all related aspects of claim system processes and claim business rules. Include claims systems utilization, capacity analyses/planning and reporting, claims-related business and systems analysis. Ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization.Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing research and root cause analysis for claim quality remediation
Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance
Create and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations to proposed solutions
Facilitate development of process documentation
Follow standard programming guidelines and requirements as set by team
Standard documentation and tracking processes
Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Develop and execute test scenarios for all testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, End to End Testing and Parallel Testing
Actively participate in business level implementation meetings (RSA)
Actively participate in SOP creation for manual process
Identifies operational impacts and areas for process improvements
Identifies and escalates risks related to implementation
Post migration support including claims auditing, issue resolution, etc.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED
2 + years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment
3 + years in a technical or metrics based environment; preferably claims and/or customer service
Understanding of both HCFA and UB form types
Understanding of basic claim billing guidelines
Ability to work independently and manage own work schedule
Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
Moderate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
Desired Qualifications:

Undergraduates degree or higher
2+ years of FACETS claim experience
2+ years of Adjustment highly preferred
Intermediate level of Excel: able to create spreadsheets of data, filter multiple row and columns of data
SharePoint development/creation
