Sports Health Club - Ultimate Hoops National Operations Manager at Chanhassen

Responsibilities:

- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic operational plans, projects, programs, and systems of Ultimate Hoops.

- Work in partnership with clubs to recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate League Coordinators.

- Manage the processing of revenue, expenditure, budgets, account maintenance and online statistical data entry.

- Analyze revenue, cost controls, and expenses to assist in guiding business. Create and Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas or opportunity for growth.

- Set and assign operational goals for each League Coordinator.

- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to make all League Coordinators ensure that works are completed as per the priorities of the set goals, responsibilities and quality standards.

- Give suggestions and advise Ultimate Hoops Founder in making key changes in planning of various issues and business decisions.

- Oversee management of future foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.

- Build a positive team and family spirit in the workplace.

Qualifications

Experience

- Six or more years program management experience (fitness industry experience a plus)

- Six or more years experience developing and implementing operational plans, programs or systems

- Three or more years experience facilitating educational seminars

- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects

- Demonstrated experience developing business relationships with partners or vendors

- Interactive or web experience desirable

Education:

- Four-year college degree

- Business, Finance, Accounting or Sports Management degree highly preferred

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

- Full knowledge of basketball terms, rules and game statistical data

- High-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of Recreational League & Tournament operations and schedule formats

- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, long hours and occasional travel.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
