Sr. Business Analyst at Bloomington

Job Description

Develop benefit based reporting to meet account managements requirements. Provide analytical support for the rebate operations team through benefit and formulary review and reporting. Provide ad-hoc reporting to support rebate contract setups.
Develop government regulated reporting. Data mining and analysis using SQL tools to develop solutions for systems processing. Enhance and automate daily activities to improve business productivity. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with rapid turnaround times on all requests. Manage multiple projects and deadlines throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years work experience; Masters degree a plus
  5 years relevantexperience
  
• Experience in PBM, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry preferred
  
• Strong analytical skills ranging from problem identification through the proposal of potential solutions
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
  
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  
• Strong oral and written communication
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• Demonstrated ability to write SQL statements/codes and use data query tools
  
• Programming experience a plus (VB/VBA preferred)
  
• Must have a strong customer service focus
  
• Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines
  
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
