Are you a leader and subject matter expertise in project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation or facilitation? Lead strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups as a Senior Project Manager to coordinate and complete projects, define performance and results and manage vendors and service providers. Senior Project Managers will determine time frames, funding needs, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, allotment of resources to various phases of projects and lead others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements.

Effectively partners with the Enterprise Clinical Services Business Leads, IT leads, Sponsors, Stakeholders, etc. in leading program/project cross functional teams.
Proactively foresees potential obstacles / roadblocks and takes action to prevent / mitigate.
Leads and drives timely, fact-based decision making across the project.
Leads and drives proper level of urgency throughout the project/program teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or similar experience is required.
5+ years of experience working in a senior level project management position.
Must have managed/had direct accountability for 1-2MM projects.
Solid project management, analytical and cross-functional leadership skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel, Visio and Project are required.
Ability to work within ambiguous environments.
Experience working on a virtual team is required.
Ability to build trust and form effective relationships with stakeholders.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be persuasive.
Strong presentation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Project management certification is desired, as is a background working in the healthcare or insurance field.
