We?re a 60,000 square foot of state-of-the-art full entertainment venue. As our new Service Manager you will oversee three state of the art, private meeting rooms and Prairie Pub bar and grill, amongst handling other management responsibilities. Opportunities to grow with an industry leader our endless!The Service Manager provides outstanding guest service through effective management of center resources. You will build, train, coach and develop your team, and have functional responsibility for the bars. Youll also assume management responsibility for the center when the General Manager is not at the center, including executing programs and ensuring a smooth operation.Roles and Responsibilities:Builds relationships with guests to ensure excellent guest service and prompt resolution of service issuesPerforms regular ?table touches? to solicit feedback and communicate appropriate informationProvides work direction to other employees on required tasksSchedules Bar Supervisor, Bartenders and Servers & provides daily work directionEnsures customers receive prompt, efficient, courteous service. Provides friendly, courteous, polite, and helpful customer serviceEnsures that maximum utilization of bar(s) and lounge is realized through efficient control of the flow of guestsEnsures proper carding of guests to ensure compliance with law and company proceduresHandles complaints, reports same to General ManagerAssists in conducting special events, bar promotions, etcMaintains and analyzes required forms and reports for management; updates perpetual recordAssists in preparation of financial records in relation to daily center operationEnsures appropriate security in the centerUtilizes proper cash handling techniques, per Company proceduresPerforms voids as necessary and in compliance with company proceduresCloses and opens centerDirects work of center personnel and assumes these responsibilities in their absenceAssists in maintenance on inventory levelsMaintains safe work environmentAssociates with customers to determine additional service neededMakes P/A announcements and displays for bowler achievementsProvides safe environment for employees and customersProvides performance feedback to employees during their shiftWrites performance reviews for direct reportsAssists in all departments to provide optimum customer serviceConducts department meetings

Job Requirements
