Position:  Skilled contractor - handyman

 

Hours: M-F  preferred 8-4pm or 7-3pm

 

Salary: Starting at $40,000.00 annual depending on qualifications, company truck after 2 weeks proven work, gas paid, material for work paid with menards and home depot card, tech will be given two way for direct communication to office

Job Requirements

Position Background wanted

• handyman / construction experience on big and small projects
• Good management skills
• Good driving record
• History in construction 
• handle 3-4 small handyman jobs a day or onsite commercial assistance
• Have cell phone
• Good communication skills

 

Skills wanted:

Plumbing repairs 

Electrical repairs

Drywall Repair

Painting

Good Carpentry skills

Deck repair and install

small framing

Restoration knowledge

Roof / siding repair

window installation 

garage door repair

general maintenance / handyman repair

 

Bonus skills:

HVAC knowledge

Appliance repair knowledge
