Examples of Work Performed
- 70% of their week actively managing projects through various phases of software development (Discovery -> Delivery)(Pre-deployment->Post-deployment), 15% on gathering requirements for smaller-scale projects (in collaboration with Business Analysts), 15% on status reports / project metrics and resource planning
- Work across a numerous programs and projects to ensure excellence of our technical solutions - Responsible for management and delivery of projects on budget, time and within agreed upon scope
- Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Provides ongoing project update reports to internal teams
- Responsible for following and monitoring project management processes and documentation
- Assists in educating clients internal and external on the PMO process
- Oversees projects from conception through delivery including overall continuing project maintenance
- Ensures ongoing resource needs are captured and utilization rates are maintained across the interactive team
- Responsible for management and communication of budget status and tasks among team members and enforcing deadlines
- Responsible for coordinating final delivery of technical solutions
including implementation phase, UAT, final sign-off for software efforts and punch list items, vendor contract approval/finalization, and post support for club/corporate restorations, new club openings, and remodels
- Seeks out vendor or internal solutions and manages overall project issue resolutions
- Oversees asset and document management for projects
- Proactively work with Architecture, FCA, Business Technical Directors, Business Analyst, Creative, User Experience, Development and Quality Assurance Analyst to define project requirements and estimate effort to deliver

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
- Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate degree preferred

Experience
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or equivalent position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of digital solutions
- Strong grasp of current web technologies as well as related business issues
- Experience in agile/iterative environments
- Experience solving business problems with technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be confident working with all levels of management, and understand the demands and responsibilities of those roles
- Experience effectively working with external clients and internal client teams
- At least 2 years of experience working on projects that include the following:
- Vendor management
- Infrastructure (HW/SW)
- Financial tracking
- Providing infrastructure support to commercial construction
- At least 2 years of experience working on projects with 2 or more of the following:
-Numerous programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, PHP, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, etc)
- Enterprise level content management and/or collaboration tools (Adobe CQ, SharePoint, Jive. etc)
- Content distribution networks and other media delivery platforms such as Scene 7, YouTube, Bright Cove
- Rich internet development (AJAX, Flash, Flex, Silverlight)
- Mobile development (Phone Gap, Titanium, mobile web and application development)
- Social integration or Apps with Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Web analytics packages (Google Analytics, Omniture / SiteCatalyst, Unica)
- Search engine optimization techniques and tools
- Behavioral targeting or end-to-end marketing optimization (CRM type tools, A/B testing, etc)
- E-commerce or other monetization technology integration (experience with Insite a plus)
- Integration tools & techniques (ESBs, Orchestration, SOA, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, etc)
- UNIX, Windows, and Mac Oss

Licenses / Certifications / Registration:
