We are searching for a Strategic Account Manager for the western territory.
The responsibilities of the Strategic Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Sell to quota.
Introduce to existing clients new software products, upgrades and professional services offered by ProVation.
Develop and maintain detailed client records using CRM software.
Act as client advocate and main point of contact for all communications and issues concerning existing clients.
Ensure that client needs are addressed through follow-up with other departments within ProVation.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ability to prioritize accordingly.
Work as integral member of a team with VP-National Sales and Regional Sales Director.
Attend regular meetings with other departments within ProVation.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors Degree from 4-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience in a sales environment.
Experience:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment highly desired.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Must be comfortable in a fast-pasted environment flexibility is a must.
Position requires ability to travel to visit clients within assigned territory and is estimated at 25%.
