As a SeniorFinancial Analyst within our Finance division, you will be responsible for developing well-controlled, reliable data processes supporting accurate financial reporting and analytics in support of the financial close as well as for a diverse group of end-users You will participate in the creation of automated processes, data repositories, reporting, and analyses from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of tools, including SAS, SQL, and OLAP tools.

Additional responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:

- Assume end-to-end ownership of data feeds related to claims platforms, revenue and membership systems, financial databases and influence process shortcomings and data issues as a business owner
- Work in a team environment on projects that aim to solve ambiguous business problems, support requirement gathering as well as design and development of the deliverables within the agreed SLAs
- Participate in UAT efforts, system migration projects and partner with IT personnel on test-efforts, defect detection, resolution and deployment
- Transform huge amounts of clinical, accounting and finance data from disparate sources into actionable business intelligence
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers to drive business solutions and identify opportunities for innovation
- Be a change-agent and articulate ideas, processes, action plans and results on projects. Conduct training on the projects that are deployed

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Decision Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years ofdata analysisand reportingexperience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills

- 2+ years SQL programming skills

Preferred:

- 2+ years SAS skills

- Experience with SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence, UNIX, UNIX scripting, Database Design & SDLC environment controls
Healthcare industry exposure is a plus, particularly experience with Medicare programs, as is public accounting experience
