Typical Work Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8 hour shift during business hours with additional hours possible depending on the needs of the business.

Job Description:
- Primary contact for company official services for internal CenturyLink employees.
- Accountable for end to end internal client service delivery needs, including analyzing the clients current and future requirements, understanding all internal CenturyLink client existing networks, including a high level knowledge of Voice and Data product and service supported solutions.
- Recommends and negotiates communication product and service solutions based on customer needs.
- Receives service request and handles incoming miscellaneous contacts, complaints and general inquires as appropriate.
- Understanding the service order flow from beginning to end using Ensemble, Martens, Nibs, Advantex and Score.
- Ensures customer requirements are met on each product or service delivered. Common services requested are ISDN PRI, Centrex, ISDN BRI, VOIP, Circuits from 56k through OCx, Voice Mail, , Test Line/1FBs PRISM , DSL, and GRATIS accounts
- This position requires someone who is independent and willing to learn on the job without formal training
