Job Description

Job Classification: Contract DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Supports outsource contact center personnel with tools, process and information to drive customer satisfaction. - Responds to consumer escalated phone, e-mails, letters, and faxes to resolve issues.- Using metrics to facilitate improvements in consumer satisfaction - Accountable for follow-up with customers to assure problems/issues receive a response or resolution.- Acts as a liaison and problem solver between client dealers, Technical Service Representatives and consumers to resolve issues. - Contribute to consumer self-help content management, structure and organization; providing a consistent method for Polaris internal departments to provide pertinent consumer information. - Manage the content displayed on the corporate public consumer websites and outsource call center personnel to ensure an accurate display of information, content is appropriate for consumer needs, and content is displayed in a user-friendly manner.
